Stakeholders have to deal with a vast amount of quantitative and qualitative data from various sources (e.g. from the Internet). Consequently, their cognitive information processing capacity frequently becomes a bottleneck.
Therefore, they demand context-adequate information for their own decision making process. Different personalised views that filter the relevant facts for each target group or individual user are essential.
However, we have identified only a few approaches to systematic personalisation in stakeholder information systems.
An inevitable prerequisite are information requirements for which we have conducted a comprehensive content analysis.
